All our garments are handcrafted. Slight variations in colour, embroidery, beadwork, stitching, and finishing are natural features of handmade clothing and are not defects. Product images are for illustration; actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Measurements provided in our size guide are approximate.
3. Orders & acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation. This confirms we have received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. A contract is formed only once we dispatch your order.
4. Pricing & payment
All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. Payment must be completed in full at the time of ordering. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.
5. Shipping & delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Once an order is handed to the courier and tracking is provided, responsibility for delivery transit lies with the courier. Import duties or customs charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
6. Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel where a signature is required.
7. Returns, refunds & faulty items
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary: claims for damaged or faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence, and items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. Remedies for valid claims are provided at our discretion (replacement, repair, or partial/full refund). Change-of-mind returns are at the customer's cost. 8. Payment disputes & chargebacks
We are committed to resolving all genuine concerns fairly. If you have any issue with your order, you must contact us first at
and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, or after a resolution has already been agreed or provided, is considered a breach of these Terms. In such cases, we reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence — including order records, delivery tracking, communications, and proof of resolution — to the payment provider to contest the dispute.
9. Intellectual property
All content on our website, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the property of Safaya Official and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
